Littlepip's looking a little worn out here. Can't say I blame her what with all the radiation and Taint and everything else the Wasteland throws at her. :(

Kinda messed up drawing her snout here, making her face a little bit more 'human' than I'd like. Ahwell. :P

How effective is rad-x and radaway on ponies anyway...

Dunno if Kkat or anyone else ever went into detail on it, but I think RadAway -- or that universe's version of it -- works pretty much the same on ponies as it does on humans. Not sure if Rad-X was ever even mentioned anywhere; there's quite a few moments when it would've come in real handy. :P
